Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds and exchanges are available for most items within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging and tags intact.
- Perishable, personal care, and customized products are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
How to Request a Refund or Exchange

- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and (if applicable) photos of the item and packaging.

Processing Your Refund
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- For exchanges, we will send your replacement product as soon as your return is approved.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of incorrect or damaged items sent by our team.
